Erection of bridge over the R. Narva, Narva, Estonia for the Krenholm Manufactory; 260 feet span by 6 feet wide; designer Louis Harper. This is a unique set of photographs in the Harper collection depicting as it does the stages of bridge erection. Krenholm was one of the largest textile mills in Europe, founded by I. Knop and desiogned on an intergrated principle of social and aesthetic organisation.
