Other Bridges

We know from various records that other bridges were built in the following territories but we have no details. Anyone who can shed any light on their history and present status are invited to make contact.

Australia, before 1880.

West Indies, before 1880.

Falkland Islands, at Darwin Harbour, built between 1887-1893.

River Dee, Cheshire, near Chester, between 1887-1893.

Marku, Kathmandu Valley, Nepal.

Kulekhani, Kathmandu Valley, Nepal.

Khokana, Kathmandu Valley,Nepal

And there are no records of bridges either designed or built after 1905, with the possible exception of Ballochbuie in 1924. Yet bridges were still being advertised for sale in 1916.
